A good, enlarged edition of one of the most curious works by the famous Neapolitan occultist. Porta discusses the similarities and differences between plants, minerals, animals and humans. The volume is illustrated with a portrait of the author and numerous woodcuts in the text. Some foxing and sliught marginal worming.

Ex-libris crossed out on the title, book plate of Dr. Maurice Villaret.
