First edition of the libretto for Psiché.

It contains ‘the lyrics of the ballet, which are by Quinault, with the exception of those of the first interlude, attributed to Lully, and probably due to the collaboration of Molière’ (see Lacroix).

“Among the most lavish of the latter ballets fiven at court, with over 200 performers (including 55 dancers) listed in the livret. Psiché marked the end of the collaboration between Molière and Lully” (Malkin)

A good copy.
