It includes the important description of Bibliothèque historique des auteurs qui ont traité de la chasse is written by the brothers Lallemant, the printers and editors of this book. Of the 16 plates – all are wood cuts – 13 are folding. They depict various animals (including deer, boards, wolfs, etc.), their foot prints and droppings. This copy is extra illustrated with one plate, inserted at page 79 depicting a deer.
