Uncommon Dutch edition of Filleau de Saint-Martin’s translation. It is richly decorated with 6 frontispieces and 46 engravings, probably copied from the Brussels 1662 edition (it is difficult to distinguish the names of Cause and Luyken on the frontispieces of volumes 1, 3 and 5). Some light traces of waterstain.
Book plate Armand de Sibeud de Saint Ferriol (sale in Grenoble in 1881).
