BOUILLAUD Jean Baptiste Compte-rendu d’examen médical.

Autograph manuscript signed by the famous cardiologist: this is a detailed account of a medical examination performed on Sieur Baron on 27 March 1872. Bouillaud reports on his investigations of each organ, paying particular attention to auscultation of the cardiovascular system. The patient suffered from shortness of breath and palpitations.  

Attached is the prescription written by Bouillaud on the same day, as well as two others, written for the same patient in 1876 and 1878, stamped by the Blondeau pharmacy, 17 rue de Tournon.

A very rare set, well preserved and clearly legible.
