The work also contains several eulogies including the one by Aldus Manutius on the premature death of Ercole in 1508. The second part, dedicated to Ercole d’Este, Duke of Ferrara, unites works by Tito Vespasiano : Eroticon, Aelostichon, and other delicate poetry, inspired by Petrarca and other latinistes.
