We could not locate this edition in USTC and the electronic catalogue Karlsruhe (KVK) locates one single copy at Leipzig and none in the United States.

The title is decorated with a nice woodcut vignette, the beginning of the text (leaf AA1r) is printed in red and black within a magnificent ornamental woodcut border.

The text is profusely illustrated with geometrical ornaments.
